The position of Condominium Manager at a glance
  • Location: Hybrid mode (in-person component based on client needs). Some travel within the Montreal area or the South Shore is required.
  • Job type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

Your mission

As a Condominium Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between co-owners, the board of directors, and suppliers. You will ensure that each condominium operates efficiently, harmoniously, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Your role is essential to ensuring our clients’ peace of mind and the smooth running of operations.

  • Administrative and financial management: Preparing budgets, managing expenses, and allocating costs.
  • Facilitation of meetings and assemblies: Organize, facilitate, and follow up on decisions made by the board and co-owners..
  • Monitoring work and projects: Overseeing the implementation of decisions voted on and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Claims and accidents: Manage insurance files and coordinate building repairs.
  • Compliance and regulations: Ensure compliance with municipal, zoning, and urban planning laws and regulations.
  • Smooth and proactive communication: Listen to co-owners and respond to requests within the limits of the contract.
  • Supplier negotiation and management: Selecting the best partners to provide quality service.
  • Conflict management: Resolve disputes diplomatically and seek legal advice when necessary.
  • Strict document tracking: Keep the maintenance log and co-ownership records up to date.
